10/9/15 Persecution: on Oct 9 in the morning, I was at the Fresh & Easy on Harbor Blvd in Costa mesa (near 405 freeway) and was checking out at the self-serve lane when suddenly Jose came walking briskly past me and says "hey bud" in a wierd tone, even a menacing tone....it sent chills down my back. It bothered me so much I stopped in my tracks and said, "What did you say? I am a customer. I'm not your friend or enemy. I'm a customer." I could see that he was embarrassed. He apparently didn't expect such an assertive response from me. He didn't apologize but tried to quiet me down. I wouldn't be quiet and decided I wouldn't do my business there. I left the stuff i was about to buy and walked out. Later I called and he answered and said he was the manager. I said the real manager. All these workers try to pretend they are a manager or asst manager. You have to keep telling them you wan't to talk to the real boss. It's amazing they aren't afraid to lie about their status. He kept telling me the manager wasn't there, and that he was the asst manager (he changed it to assistant). He said she wouldn't be there until tuesday. This guy was a real jerk. I will be talking to his boss (Nicole the manager) on Tuesday
